Eila first started working with the Snowdrop Project to help set up the counselling in 2014. She then started volunteering in 2015 before becoming employed as a Senior Counsellor one and a half days week in 2016. Eila started counselling training 2006 before completing a diploma in 2008. Since then she has worked as a counsellor in the NHS, prison, substance misuse and in private practice. She is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited with the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). Eila is also mental health nurse trained. She has lived in Sheffield for a number of years with her husband, 2 cats and a dog. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, gardening and reading.
